Olympic Closing Ceremony Pics

(I mean that in the way it didn’t make me want to claw my eyes out with shitball music. Alas, this music in this slide show is just weird.)

I can’t seem to stay away from Olympic pictures.  What can i say, the stuff is fascinating.  Damn you Phelps, damn you.  This site put together a whole bunch of cool pics that capture the athletes in their moments of glory, pain, sadness, embarrassment, heart ache and triumph.  It’s a truly great collection and i highly recommend checking them out.

So this taekwondo dude got pissed at the ref for being disqualified. Supposedly he took to long to be checked out by the doctors (It seems as if there are rules as to how long you can take to be cleared…  Damn rules) and therefore, according to the rules was declared the loser of the match.  Evidently he had a broken toe on his left foot. This did not stop him from kicking the ref in the face. His foot couldn’t have been hurt to bad if he could still  tag a guy in the grill.   Man the Olympics rule. Fingers in orifices, hot gymnasts that can knock people out and now crazy Cubans wrecking unexpecting judges. I love the good will of international play.
